Computer & Network Technology

The Information Technology field allows you to work in almost any type of business sector.

The PCI Computer Networking program will teach you how to install and troubleshoot computers, setup and maintain computer networks, and manage Internet components.

In the Computer & Network Technology program you will:

  • Develop customer relations and service skills and be able to provide support in business domain environments.
  • Build and maintain networks. Learn the principles and practices of designing, building, and maintaining networks capable of supporting national and global organizations.
  • Enable yourself to acquire certification for CompTIA A+ and Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) and Network+.
  • Receive Ongoing Placement assistance. Each PCI campus has full-time Graduate Employment Specialists dedicated to helping all of our graduates find that job that is just right for them.

Classes are available either in the morning, afternoon, or evening

  • Morning and afternoon Computer & Network Technology classes meet for 12 months and consist of 60 credit hours (1200 actual hours) of instruction. The attendance schedule is Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. or 12:45 p.m. to 6:15 p.m.
  • Evening classes meet for 18 months and consist of 50.7 credit hours (1013.6 actual hours) of instruction. The attendance schedule is Monday through Wednesday from 6:00 p.m. to 10:45 p.m.
